Our Story

Unitybridge Services Private Limited: Built for a Fragmented India

Commerce in India has a fragmentation problem. A vendor selling handmade furniture in Jaipur, a recruiter hiring logistics staff in Chennai, a homeowner listing a property in Pune, and a professional offering accounting services in Kolkata are all using different platforms, different payment systems, and different verification processes,  none of which talk to each other. Unitybridge was built around the idea that they should not have to be.

We are a fintech-backed multi-vendor platform bringing ecommerce, property, motors, jobs, professional services, bill payments through BBPS, and prepaid cards under one verified infrastructure,  so that buyers, sellers, service providers, and recruiters are all operating on the same foundation rather than five separate ones.

Quality You Can Count On, Verified Before You See It

The range here is not the result of listing everything available and hoping something sticks. Vendors are verified before they go live, service providers submit credentials before their profiles are published, and listings are reviewed before a buyer ever sees them. The width of the catalogue reflects genuine seller diversity, not an absence of standards.

  • Verified vendors across fashion, electronics, home essentials, property, motors, and professional services
  • Seller-defined pricing across every category,  no platform rate mandates sitting between buyer and vendor
  • Return terms and service conditions are disclosed at the listing level before any commitment is made
  • Support is available through email and chat every day, handled by people who can actually resolve the issue

What makes us different

The bridge in the name is not decorative. Most platforms create walls between their categories; the e-commerce side does not share infrastructure with the jobs side, the property listings run on a separate verification system, and financial products are an entirely different application. On Unitybridge, one verified account, one payment system, and one dispute resolution process cover every category a user interacts with.

Vendors set their own logistics arrangements, manage their own supply chains, and operate on commercial terms they agreed to before onboarding was completed. Nothing is renegotiated after the fact.

What we do: supporting every type of buyer and seller

The platform runs four transaction models because real commerce does not organise itself into one:

  • B2B: registered businesses procuring goods and services directly from verified vendors at volume
  • B2C: individual buyers transacting across every active product, property, motor, and service category
  • C2C: individuals selling to other individuals,  goods, vehicles, or property,  without a registered entity requirement
  • C2B: independent professionals and skilled individuals offering services directly to registered businesses

One account. One payment layer. All four models.

Everything You Need, All in One Place

  • E-commerce spanning fashion, electronics, home goods, beauty, and daily essentials from verified sellers
  • Property listings covering residential and commercial categories, with seller verification before publication
  • Motor listings for new and used vehicles with ownership verification as part of the onboarding process
  • Jobs portal connecting recruiters and applicants directly, without sponsored placement, determining who gets seen
  • Professional services directory with verified provider profiles, credentials, and integrated booking
  • BBPS bill payments across utilities, insurance, and loan categories, alongside prepaid cards for users outside standard banking

Our promise

One platform should not mean one set of rules applied inconsistently across categories. Every vendor on Unitybridge goes through the same fee disclosure process before onboarding is complete. Every listing is moderated before it goes public. Every dispute,  whether it involves a ₹500 product or a property transaction, follows the same documented resolution process with a defined timeline.

Buyers know what they are getting into before they commit. Vendors know what they signed up for before they go live. That consistency is what the name is actually about.
